Who we are
Founded in 2023 by Dr. Antonio Xuan Cao and based in Garden Grove, California, USBG Special Services connects education, healthcare workforce development, technology and economic opportunity.
We partner with schools, healthcare providers, employers and multicultural communities to turn education into lasting careers, starting in Orange County and reaching partners in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia. Every venture we run is held to the same standard: professional excellence, integrity and measurable results.
